Members of IMEPOWER Investment Group are INEKO-Management, Energy Consulting Group, IMEPOWER Consulting, Energy and EnCoG-Engineering.

Founding partners of IMEPOWER Investment Group occupied high-level positions in the Ukrainian Government and were responsible for reform of the Ukrainian energy sector, restructuring of vertically integrated utilities, establishment of joint stock power generating and distribution companies, creation of the wholesale electricity market, attraction of private investments into energy sector.
