IMEPOWER Investment Group is the consortium of several Ukrainian consulting companies focusing primarily on development of energy and infrastructure projects, advice on reform and regulation of energy market and natural monopolies, corporate finance and privatization transactions, strategy consulting, legal advice, financial restructuring, engineering services.

Founding partners of IMEPOWER Investment Group occupied high-level positions in the Ukrainian Government and were responsible for reform of the Ukrainian energy sector, restructuring of vertically integrated utilities, establishment of joint stock power generating and distribution companies, creation of the wholesale electricity market, attraction of private investments into energy sector.
INEKO-Management
The company emerged in 1998 from corporate finance and research departments of INEKO Investment Company. Specialists of the company have more than ten years of transaction experience at the Ukrainian capital market and participated actively in the development of its institutional and legal framework.
INEKO-Management has been advisor to the State Property Fund and the Ministry of Fuel and Energy on privatization of power generating and distribution companies and implementation of investment projects in energy sector. Experts of the company participated in developing the legal framework for privatization in energy sector.
INEKO-Management has been registered as consultant on economic, financial and legal issues with the National Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) and the Board of the Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM). INEKO-Management has been involved in structuring large investment projects in the Ukrainian power sector, including completion of construction of Dniester Hydro Pumped Storage Station (project value - $600 million), construction of the Back-to-back Station at the connection with UCTE system (project value - $200 million), construction of Dobrotvir Thermal Power Station-2 (project value - $120 million), reconstruction of 750 kV line from the South Ukrainian NPS to Isaccea (Romania), reconstruction of Burshtyn TPS, rehabilitation of Mironovskaya TPS, reconstruction of Kharkiv CHPP-5, etc.

Energy Consulting Group (EnCoG)
Three former Ministers of Energy of Ukraine founded the company in 1996. Key experts of the company have more than 30 years of energy sector experience. Top managers of EnCoG participated in development of the concept of reform and restructuring of the Ukrainian energy sector in 1993-1998, preparation of the Electricity Law, development of legal and normative framework of the Wholesale Electricity Market operations, establishment of power distribution and generating companies.
EnCoG was advisor to the Ministry of Fuel and Energy on the issues of energy sector management and reform, privatization and attraction of investments. EnCoG's partners have been members of the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy, various Government working groups and commissions responsible for the development of Ukrainian Energy Strategy and WEM reform.
