{"id":2146,"date":"2019-07-11T15:09:59","date_gmt":"2019-07-11T15:09:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.imepower.com\/?p=2146"},"modified":"2019-07-30T10:10:24","modified_gmt":"2019-07-30T10:10:24","slug":"ebrd-partially-finances-construction-of-110-mw-dnipro-buzka-wpp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imepower.com\/en\/ebrd-partially-finances-construction-of-110-mw-dnipro-buzka-wpp\/","title":{"rendered":"EBRD partially finances construction of 110 MW Dnipro-Buzka WPP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to INTERFAX-UKRAINE as of 11 July 2019, in the framework of USELF-III \u2013 EUR 250 mln program to support development of renewable energy in Ukraine, EBRD will partially finance construction of 110 MW Dnipro-Buzka WPP in Oleksandrivka (Kherson Region).<\/p>\n<p>Respective decision was taken by the Board of Directors of the Bank on 10 July 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Funds will be provided as project financing for the SPV &#8211; LLC Dnipro-Buzka WPP owned by three sponsors &#8211; Akuo Energy SAS (France), Saffelberg Investment NV and Aeolus Invest NV (both from Belgium) dealing with the project from development to operation.<\/p>\n<p>The total cost of the project is estimated as EUR 188.64 mln.
