The Law 810 (former Draft Law 3658) introducing changes to the renewable feed-in tariff support system in Ukraine was signed by the President and came into force on 31 July 2020.

On 1 August 2020, the Regulator (NEURC) revised the feed-in tariffs for renewable power plants on the basis of the Law. According to the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Ukrainian state authorities and two renewable associations on 10 June 2020, full current payments from the Guaranteed Buyer to renewable power plants should be restored in August (month following the month in which the Law came into force).
