On 10 December 2025, European Ukrainian Energy Agency (EUEA) brought together the private sector, NEURC, and Ukrenergo to present the key challenges faced by companies developing battery energy storage projects, as well as proposed solutions through legislative and regulatory changes.
IMEPOWER experts led legal and regulatory component of this work in the framework of the “Enhancing the Regulatory Framework for Energy Storage in Ukraine” project implemented with the financial support of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and with the assistance of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
