- advising on corporatization issues, preparing respective road map and Draft Law on the specifics of Ukrenergo corporatization
- review of financial management and accounting system
- drafting of corporate development and restructuring plan
- advising on separation of non-core assets and optimization of internal structure of the company
- preparation of financial model of the company’s operations with 10-year forecast
- arrangement of workshops for the personnel of the TSO and Ministry of Energy
- advising on bringing the regulatory framework of TSO operations in compliance with the EU legislation.
