Olena is Senior Lawyer with 10+ years of experience in Ukrainian energy and infrastructure sectors. She focuses on permits and licenses required for development, construction and operation of power plants, battery energy storage systems, land allocation, connection to electrical grids and utility networks, contracts with equipment suppliers and construction companies.
Prior to joining IMEPOWER, Olena worked as legal advisor in the energy project development company and lawyer in the energy practice of the leading Ukrainian law firm.
Olena has worked on numerous EPC contracts (including 200 MW solar power plant) and provided comprehensive legal support during construction of several wind farms. She has significant experience in renewable energy sector performing due diligence and providing transaction support.
