Description: review of legal and regulatory framework for renewable energy sources in Ukraine, advice on specifics of project development
Tasks/activities performed:
- analysis of existing legal and regulatory framework related to development, construction and operation of RES generation plants (with focus on green tariff system and electricity off-take arrangements)
- detailed description of the stages and preconditions for construction of RES power plants (feasibility study, EIA, design, grid connection, construction, commissioning, etc.)
- review of permitting and licensing procedures, identification of key documents that have to be received from the state and local authorities (land allocation, environmental issues, grid connection, sale of electricity)
- identification of key risks at each project stage and development of recommendations on their mitigation
- review of the status of ongoing and planned investment projects on RES construction.
