Tasks/activities performed:

• liaison with the company’s management and city’s administration
• coordination of the local expert team performing technical assessment of the assets
• review of the regulatory framework for operations of district heating networks and cogeneration plants
• assessment of possible schemes for Public Private Partnership, identification of relevant barriers/risks and options for their mitigation
• assessment of the operational performance of the assets.
