Tasks/activities performed:

• collection of proposals from the Ministry of Energy, Members of Parliament, industry stakeholders and NGOs to improve the Law on Ensuring Transparency in Extractive Industries of Ukraine;
• legal evaluation of the proposals and to conclude on the necessity of including them to the text of the Draft Law, improving wording of the proposals to prepare respective amendments;
• participating in the meetings with the Ministry of Energy, Members of Parliament, industry stakeholders and NGOs, working group on preparing the Draft Law;
• preparation of the Draft Law, Comparative Table and Explanatory Note to the Draft Law (the Draft Law was registered in the Parliament on July 4, 2020 Reg. No. 3790);
• preparation of legal memos and conclusions on the questions related to the Draft Law.
