Description: corporate development support to Lvivteploenergo in the framework of EBRD’s project aimed to support implementation of the investment (modernization) program
Tasks/activities performed:

• liaison with the company’s management and the city’s administration
• preparation of the Public Service Agreement between the City and the DH company in compliance with the EBRD requirements and the Ukrainian law
• review of organizational structure and financial management system
• drafting of Financial and Operational Performance Improvement Plan
• development of Stakeholder Engagement Plan and Communications Strategy
• advising on tariff setting procedures and support in preparing tariff application to be submitted to the Regulator
• advising on legal issues related to installation of individual heating points
• advising on procurement issues
• review of collective labor agreement.
