• analysis of impact of Renewable and Household Public Service Obligation (PSO) schemes on TSO;
• preparing 10-year financial model that covers standard TSO operations as well as forecasts exposure of Ukrenergo to PSO schemes, operations at balancing market and ancillary services market;
• preparing recommendations and Financial Recovery Action Plan.
