Viktor Koval is a leading expert of IMEPOWER advisory practice focusing on financial modeling and valuation, M&A, investment and operational analysis, strategy, debt restructuring, due diligence of companies and projects from metallurgy, utilities, mining, agricultural and other industries.
As a member of IMEPOWER team, Viktor has participated in a number of projects financed by IFIs and private investors. Viktor elaborated financial model based on the FAST standards for the municipal energy efficiency projects and was responsible for financial analysis of various companies working in renewable energy sector.
Viktor has a significant track record in financial modeling being responsible for this area in most projects of Industrial Union of Donbass (IUD). Viktor participated in 10+ M&A projects which comprised targets from Russian, US and Pakistan steel and mining industries. He also participated in due diligence of several Ukrainian coal mines and other companies.
