• developing of the “Road Map” for the company’s preparation to new market environment and market rules
• support with development of the company’s perspective strategy with specifics of the company’s market strategy for different market segments
• preparation of the model for the Company’s operations at different market segments and potential options, recommendations for improving the Company’s performance in the new electricity market
• review and monitoring of the adopted and draft regulations for new market implementation, drafting amendments/suggestions to the respective documents.
